Creutz Drug Store has been an integral part of the health care system
in Wausa and the surrounding communities since it was established in

includes about $27,000 in drugs and $13,000 out front;

3-year
building lease at $1.00/year - this will be a Triple Net Lease (tenant
pays for insurance, taxes and upkeep);

Option
to purchase building at the end of the lease for $5,000 on a 3-year
contract with no interest (currently assessed at a value of $15,520);

Closing
and possession shall be anytime prior to 9/1/08.
